The salient aspect of Development Critiria are mention below for strict adherence to:
- National Building Code, RAJUK and Jolshiri Abashon Building/Infrutructure policy to be followed.
- Facilities to be planned, designed and build as per land use plan following standard procedures including parking within boundary.
- Buyers constrction plan must not disturb the masterplan of Jolshiri Abashon
- Initial floor plan to be submitted before signing the deed
- Clearence ceritificate from Jolshiri Abashon authority is required for obtaining approval of building / infrustructure drawing, design and plan from RAJUK.
- Authority reserves the right to impose penalty or dismantle / evict unauthorised construction by buyer for any violation of regulation.
